【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationcoverstherequirementsforsheathed,TypeKandNthermocouplesfornuclearservice.Dependingonsize,thesethermocouplesarenormallysuitableforoperatingtemperaturesto1652176;F(900176;C);specialconditionsofenvironmentandlifeexpectancymaypermittheiruseattemperaturesinexcessof2012176;F(1100176;C).Thisspecificationwaspreparedspecificallytodetailrequirementsforusingthistypeofsheathedthermocoupleinnuclearenvironments.Thisspecificationcanbeusedforsheathedthermocoupleswhicharerequiredforlaboratoryorgeneralcommercialapplicationswheretheenvironmentalconditionsexceednormalservicerequirements.Theintendeduseofasheathedthermocoupleinaspecificnuclearapplicationwillrequireevaluationbythepurchaserofthecompatibilityofthethermocouple,includingtheeffectofthetemperature,atmosphere,andintegratedneutronfluxonthematerialsandaccuracyofthethermoelementsintheproposedapplication.Thisspecificationdoesnotattempttoincludeallpossiblespecifications,standards,etc.,formaterialsthatmaybeusedassheathing,insulation,andthermocouplewiresforsheathed-typeconstruction.TherequirementsofthisspecificationincludeonlytheausteniticstainlesssteelsandotheralloysasallowedwithSpecificationE585/E585Mforsheathing,magnesiumoxideoraluminumoxideasinsulation,andTypeKandNthermocouplewiresforthermoelements(seeNote1).1.2GeneralDesignNominalsizesofthefinishedthermocouplesshallbe0.0400in.(1.016mm),0.0625in.(1.588mm),0.125in.(3.175mm),0.1875in.(4.763mm),or0.250in.(6.350mm).Sheathdimensionsandtolerancesforeachnominalsizeshallbeinaccordancewithand.Themeasuringjunctionstylesforthermocouplescoveredbythisspecificationareasfollows:1.2.1StyleG(grounded)Measuringjunctionelectricallyconnectedtoconductivesheaths,and1.2.2StyleU(ungrounded)Measuringjunctionsareelectricallyisolatedfromconductivesheathsandfromreferenceground.1.3Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.4Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.

【摘要】:Thistestmethodissuitablefordeterminingtheconcentrationsofknownimpuritiesinrefinedtolueneandforuseasanintegralqualitycontroltoolwheretolueneisproducedorusedinmanufacturing.Toluenepurityisreported,butachromatographicanalysiscannotdetermineabsolutepurityifunknownorundetectedcomponentsarepresentinthesample.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationofhydrocarbonimpuritiestypicallyfoundin,andthepurityof,samplescontaining98wt%andgreatertoluene.Thistestmethodisapplicabletoimpurityconcentrationsintherangeof0.0005to1.6wt%.1.2Monocyclicaromatichydrocarbonscontaining6through8carbonatoms,cumene,1,4-dioxane,andnonaromaticaliphatichydrocarbonscontainingupto12carbonatomscanbedetectedbythistestmethod.Thenonaromaticcompoundsaredeterminedasacomposite.1.3Thefollowingappliestoallspecifiedlimitsinthistestmethod:forpurposesofdeterminingconformancewiththistestmethod,anobservedvalueoracalculatedvalueshallberoundedoff"tothenearestunit"inthelastright-handdigitusedinexpressingthespecificationlimit,inaccordancewiththerounding-offmethodofPracticeE29.1.4Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.Forspecifichazardstatements,seeSection9.
