【摘要】:ThispartofISO2566specifiesamethodofconvertingroomtemperaturepercentageelongationsafterfractureobtainedonvariousproportionalandnon-proportionalgaugelengthstoothergaugelengths.Theformula(seeclause4)onwhichconversionsarebasedisconsideredtobereliablewhenappliedtocarbon,carbonmanganese,molybdenumandchromiummolybdenumsteelswithinthetensilestrengthrange300to700N/mmandinthehot-rolled,hot-rolledandnormalizedorannealedconditions,withorwithouttempering.Theseconversionsarenotapplicabletoa)coldreducedsteels;b)quenchedandtemperedsteels;c)austeniticsteels.Neithershouldtheybeusedwherethegaugelengthexceeds25S0orwherethewidthtothicknessratioofthetestpieceexceeds20.Careshouldbeexercisedinthecaseofstripunder4mmthickness,astheindexintheformulagiveninclause4in-creaseswithdecreasingthickness;thevaluetobeusedshallbethesubjectofagreementbetweenthecustomerandthesupplier.
