【摘要】:Thisspecificationcoversmaterial,dimensional,workmanshipandperformancerequirementsforpolyethyleneconduit,ductandinnerductmanufacturedforuseinanon-pressureapplicationwithcommunication,CATV,orpowerwireandcables.HDPEconduitmeetingtherequirementsofthisstandardshallbemadeasODcontrolledsolidwall,withorwithoutinternalorexternalribs.ThesizingshallbeIronPipeSize(IPS)withnotedexceptionsintables.Theinternalorexternalsurfacemaycontainacoextrudedlayerprovidedthefinishedconduitmeetstheproductrequirementsofthisspecification.Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareprovidedforinformationpurposesonly.Thefollowingprecautionarycaveatpertainsonlytothetestmethodportion,Section6,ofthisspecification.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatoryrequirementspriortouse.
