【摘要】:1General1.1ThisInternationalStandardappliestothemeasurementofairbornenoiseemittedbyassembliescomprisingsteamturbinesanddrivenmachinery,hereinafterreferredtoasturbinesets.Thesesetsareofallsizeswithoutlimitationofoutputwhenfittedwiththeirnormalauxiliaries.Thisstandardappliesonlytothepartoftheturbineset(turbine,generatorandattachedcomponents)locatedabovetheflooroftheturbineroomandin-sideacontinuousenvelopingmeasurementsurfaceboundedbythisfloor.Anextensiveandcontinuousturbineoperatingfloorofareflectingnatureabovetheturbinefoundationfloorlevelshallbeconsideredasthereflectingplane.1.2Inthecaseoflargeturbinesets,theturbineoperatingfloorisoftenlocatedbelowandnearthehorizontalcentrelineoftheturbine(seefigure1).Ifthisflooriscontinuousandfreefromopeningswhichwouldotherwiseallownoiseradiatedbelowtheturbineoperatingfloortoinfluencethenoisemeasuredatmicrophonelocations,avalidmeasureoftheturbinesetnoiseemissionmaybeobtainedbyuseofthisstandard.1.3Inthecasewheretheturbineoperatingfloorislocatedbelowandnearthehorizontalcenterlineoftheturbineset,butconsistsof:a)anopengratingconstruction,orb)asolidfloorwithopeningsneartotheboundaryoftheturbineset,orc)walkwaystypically1to2mwideofeithersolidorgratedconstruction,theturbineoperatingfloorcannotbeconsideredasareflectingplane.Inthiscasethereflectingplanewillbetheturbinesetfoundationfloor.Inthecaseofthecontinuousenvelopingmeasurementsurfacebeingboundedbyeithertheturbineoperatingfloorortheturbinefoundationfloor,alargecontributionfromthenoiseofancillaryandauxiliaryplantiocatedbelowtheturbineoperatingfloormaybeexpectedatthemicrophonemeasuringpositions.Inthiscasetheuseofthisstandardforthedeterminationofsoundpowerlevelsisnotvalid.Ifthisstandardistobeemployedforthepurposeofthecomparisonofthe1msoundlevelsofsimilarturbines,theturbineoperatingfloorshallbeusedastheboundingsurfaceforthecontinuousenvelopingmeasurementsurface.Thevalidityofcomparativemeasure-mentswilldependonthenoisepresentatthemeasurementpositionsduetoauxiliaryandancillaryplantanditwillbenecessarytodefineexactlythenumber,typeandlocationoftheseitems.ItispreferabletoestablishtheeffectauxiliaryandancillaryplantnoiseradiationwillhaveonthesoundlevelatthemicrophonelocationsbydeterminingthenoiseemissionoftheseitemsinaccordancewithISO3746,anddeterminingthepropagationofthisnoisetomicro-phonelocations.However,thisprocedureisbeyondthescopeofthisstandard.NOTE-Whenopeningsintheflooraresuitablyblockedduringthetestwithappropriatepanels(uppersideofpanelsshouldhavesamereflectivecharacteristicsastheturbineoperatingfloor),validmeasure-mentsarepermitted.1.4Inthecaseofturbinesetsmountedon,orpartiallysubmergedin,thefoundationfloor,whichmayalsobedefinedastheturbineoperatingfloor,avalidmeasureoftheturbinesetnoiseemissionmaybeobtainedbyuseofthisstandard.1.5Wherenoisecontroltreatmentssuchasenclosuresand/orscreensarefittedtotheturbineset,drivenequipmentandauxiliaries,thetype,locationandextentoftreatmentshallbereported.2MeasurementuncertaintyMeasurementsmadeinconformitywiththisstandardtendtoresultinstandarddeviationswhichareequaltoorlessthanthosegivenintable1.NOTES1Ifthemethodspecifiedinthisstandardisusedtocomparethesoundpowerlevelsofsimilarmachinesthatareomnidirectionalandradiatebroadbandnoise,theuncertaintyinthiscomparisontendstoresultinastandarddeviationwhichisequaltoorlessthan3dBprovidedthatthemeasurementsareperf
