【摘要】:Thisstandardisapplicabletodesign,fabrication,testing,installationandoperationofsubseaproductioncontrolsystemsintheoilandnaturalgasexploration.Itcontainsrequirementstosubseaproductioncontrolsystems.ThispartofISO13628coverssurfacecontrolsystemequipment,subsea-installedcontrolsystemequipemntandcontrolfluids.Thisequipmentisutilizedforcontrolofsubseaproductionofoilandgasandforsubseawaterandgasinjectionservices.Whereapplicable,thispartofISO13628canbeusedforequipmentonmultiple-wellapplications.ThispartofISO13628setablishesdesignstandardsforsystems,subsystems,componentsandoperatingfluidsinordertoprovideforthesafeandfunctionalcontrolofsubseaproductionequipment.ThispartofISO13628containsvarioustypesofinformationrelatedtosubseaproductioncontrolsystems.Theyare-informativedatathatprovideanoverviewofthearchitectureandgeneralfunctionalityofcontrolsystemsforthepurposeofintroductionandinformation;-basicprescriptivedatathatshallbeadheredtobyalltypesofcontrolsystem;-selectiveprescriptivedatathatarecontrol-system-typesensitiveandshallbeadheredtoonlywhentheyarerelevant;-optionaldataorrequirementsthatneedbeadoptedonlywhenconsiderednecessaryeitherbythepurchaserorthevendor.Inviewofthediversenatureofthedataprovided,controlsystempurchasersandspecifiersareadvisedtoselectfromthispartofISO13628onlytheprovisionsneededfortheapplicationathand.Failuretoadoptaselsctiveapproachtotheprovisionscontainedhereincanleadtooverspecificationandhigherpurchasecosts.ReworkandrepairofusedequipmentarebeyondthescopeofthispartofISO13628.
