【摘要】:1.1Thisperformancespecificationcovershydrauliccementsforbothgeneralandspecialapplications.Therearenorestrictionsonthecompositionofthecementoritsconstituents(SeeNote1).Note18212;Therearetworelatedhydrauliccementstandards,SpecificationC150forportlandcementandSpecificationsC595forblendedcements,bothofwhichcontainprescriptiveandperformancerequirements1.2Thisperformancespecificationclassifiescementsbasedonspecificrequirementsforgeneraluse,highearlystrength,resistancetoattackbysulfates,andheatofhydration.Optionalrequirementsareprovidedforthepropertyoflowreactivitywithalkali-silica-reactiveaggregates.1.3ThevaluesstatedineitherSIunitsorinch-poundunitsaretoberegardedseparatelyasstandard.Thevaluesstatedineachsystemmaynotbeexactequivalents;therefore,eachsystemshallbeusedindependentlyoftheother.Combiningvaluesfromthetwosystemsmayresultinnon-conformancewiththestandard.ValuesinSIunits[orinch-poundunits]shallbeobtainedbymeasurementinSIunits[orinch-poundunits]orbyappropriateconversion,usingtheRulesforConversionandRoundinggiveninIEEE/ASTMSI10,ofmeasurementsmadeinotherunits[orSIunits].ValuesarestatedinonlySIunitswheninch-poundunitsarenotusedinpractice.1.4Thetextofthisstandardreferstonotesandfootnotesthatprovideexplanatorymaterial.Thesenotesandfootnotes(excludingthoseintablesandfigures)arenotrequirementsofthestandard.1.5Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
